Emmanuel qualified as a dentist from the University of Benin, Nigeria, in 2017.

He was a prize winner and recipient of the award for the Best Graduating Student in the Departments of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Restorative Dentistry. During his five years of practice in Nigeria as a general dentist, Emmanuel worked closely with dental specialists, including periodontists, oral maxillofacial surgeons, and endodontists.

In 2022, he relocated to the United Kingdom with his wife and obtained his GDC registration as a dental hygienist in 2023. He is currently practising as a dental hygienist while awaiting full registration as a dentist in the UK.

Outside of work, Emmanuel enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, reading academic and religious books, and watching his favourite team, Manchester United, play.
