This will vary from patient to patient and depending on the type of materials used. The most durable type of materials such as porcelain and zirconia can last 10+ years, whilst composite ‘direct’ veneers are slightly less durable.

Today, the application of veneers is a straightforward process. It’s also far less invasive than in the past. In many cases only a very small amount of tooth enamel requires removal prior to placement.
